Our Connected Health deployment expertise runs deep

Our connected health and telehealth deployment services enable you to effectively deploy, manage and track devices. So you can remotely monitor and manage patients in any location. It's one of the fastest growing care delivery models in healthcare today, and nobody is helping to manage it quite like we do.

Solution design and implementation

We integrate wireless activity and asset custody. We source and manage inventory. We handle all kitting—from pre-kit to build-to-order. We offer custom configuration for hardware and firmware. We manage software images. We provide peripheral integration and Bluetooth pairing. And we make sure devices get where they’re going—handling customs, VAT and freight management. We also take care of regulatory labeling and storage.

Wireless managed services

We manage devices through customs, duty, VAT & freight management. We provide global coverage through six Operators/MVNOs. We give you access to over 300 Mobile Network Operators. And we do it all through one platform and integrated bill reconciliation. So you have integrated visibility to every single one of your devices through a client API/portal.

Fulfillment as you need it

Direct-to-patient or bulk fulfilment to hospitals or clinics, whatever you need, we can fulfill it. Including prescriptive and non-prescriptive devices. Our HIPAA-compliant order desk and PCI-compliant credit card processing offer privacy and convenience. And our asset management means you have tracking and traceability every step of the way to help ensure your FDA regulatory compliance.

Recovery and redeployment

When the time comes for recovery of the device, we offer kits for both direct-to-patient recovery as well as bulk recovery from hospitals and clinics. We take care of every detail: sanitizing, testing, cosmetic repair, you name it. And when new patients enroll, we take care of redeployment. We make sure inventory is segregated between client, hospital and clinic. And we even provide regulatory reporting to CAPA.

Case Study

Our customer manufactures cardiac implants, and provides the cardiac monitoring platform that medical professionals use to monitor hundreds of thousands of patients. Thousands of their patients use a legacy monitoring device that requires access to a traditional analog phone line. Usage trends for analog phone lines in the home continue to decline, and our customer was looking for a 2 phase solution: retrofit existing cardiac monitoring devices with a cellular appliance, and design the next generation of monitoring devices to be 'cellular ready'. The deployment model includes direct-to-patient, direct-to-clinic, and supplying a number of worldwide distribution centers with kits that are ready to transmit patient data using global wireless connectivity from 6 Mobile Network Operators. If that’s not enough, the solution requires regulatory compliance with global medical and cellular certifications.

Our solution uses every element of the Integron Value Stack: hardware selection and sourcing, firmware customization, country specific cellular certifications, packaging design, a multi-faceted fulfillment and billing model, wireless management, and asset tracking and traceability all using our WMS Platform. Our customer is able to organize tens of thousands of wireless assets into accounts and sub-accounts that align with their business model requirements, and how they will bill their customers. WMS™ supports wireless activity monitoring and alerts that give our customer visibility to wireless transmissions, usage, and overage for rate plan optimization. Finally, we provide a comprehensive lifecycle management service to manage device redeployment and retirement.
